HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Once your booking is complete, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out before your first consultation.  It will ask you about your lifestyle, food preferences, and any medical conditions. You will also need to take your body measurements (the questionnaire will show you how to do it). Additionally, please keep a log of your normal food intake for a few days prior to the appointment. No need to do anything special - eat the way you normally do and write down your meals, times, and portions. 

DO YOU DESIGN PLANS IN OTHER LANGUAGES?

Yes. We can provide your meal plan in four languages - English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. However, our live one-on-one consultations are available in English and Spanish only.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT?

Your second appointment* will take place about 2 weeks after you receive a plan. Once you implement the plan and make the key improvements, you can extend the follow-up to one month (this would be your 3rd consultation). However, if you prefer your third appointment to be booked sooner, we are available. * All three appointments are included in the initial price of the package. We will provide you a code to book your second and third appointment free of charge.

IF I HAVE SOME QESTIONS/DOUBTS IN BETWEEN CONSULTATIONS CAN I REACH OUT TO YOU?

Absolutely yes! We are here for you. Should you have any concerns or need any clarifications, feel free to email us 24/7. 

WHAT IF I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We kindly request that you give us a 24-hour cancellation notice if you can not make the appointment or need to change the time/day of your booking. You can also opt to get a 100% refund 24 hours prior. If canceled within the 24-hour window, we will try our best to reschedule you for another day (subject to availability). If canceled within the 24-hour window prior to your appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, we issue a 50% refund.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO BOOK A PLAN?

We do not provide consultations for anyone under 18. Parents are welcome to request a meal plan for their children, and children can attend consultations together with a parent/legal guardian. There is no upper age limit.
